Novices wishing to learn to fly fixed wing are welcome to apply for membership but depending on the number of people that are learning at the time, they are not guaranteed to be accepted.
Students should be prepared to have the right equipment and put the time in. They will be taught by club instructor volunteers who might not always be on site. Ideally the student will start off with a high wing trainer aircraft, a 'buddy box' transmitter set up is also required. |
